I hereby consent to Hammersmith and Fulham School of Gymnastics processing mine/my child's personal data which I have supplied for the purpose of managing and maintaining membership at the club. I understand that I have the choice not to grant consent or, once given, to withdraw consent at anytime. I acknowledge that withdrawing or withholding my consent to process this data may restrict the services and activities available to me through Hammersmith and Fulham School of Gymnastics and administrative delays. I understand information will be processed inline with GDPR Regulations.
